HAZOP studies are the process industry’s accepted standard for critically examining planned or existing processes and procedures and identifying associated hazards to people, the environment, or the equipment. The aim of this course is to train the course participants to become effective and efficient HAZOP review facilitators.

Pre-requisites:

The HAZOP Leader Training course requires some experience with HAZOP to ensure students receive maximum benefits from the course. Students are assumed to be proficient in HAZOP participation and are wishing to further upskill their HAZOP experience. Our HAZOP E-Learning is offered free of charge as part of this course to improve preparation, hosted on our sister LMS site.

• HAZOP Participants e-learning (free of charge) to brush up on the basics before the HAZOP Leaders training

Price per attendee:  $2490+ GST (incl US 27243 unless advised that no US is needed.) Unit standard includes 1 assessment and 1 review if needed). Should you wish to exclude the unit standard, please contact us and we will send you a quote for the course only.

This course now comes with an optional support package:

Purchase 4 hours of 1:1 support aimed at developing your competence, based on your training needs and delivered by one of our senior consultants / trainers. This will take place after your training has commenced and can greatly lift your capabilities in a real-world-setting. As an example, this could include reviewing your HAZOP procedure, supporting your HAZOP preparation, reviewing your a HAZOP report and supporting you in a HAZOP workshop (online).
